I want to share my experience when I went to a Retreat around in 1995-That moment was amazing, powerful and unforgettable for me.
During one particular moment, We, men and women, were divided into two groups....
We, women, were sitting in a huge circle. Pastor's wives were serving each of us individually by washing our feet and praying with us. When my feet were washed, I felt the presence of God with His peace and joy. I understood how much Jesus loved his disciples and was humble enough to wash their feet...proving his greatest love for them and us all.
In this scripture, Jesus wants us to be humble, serve, and to love one another. We must surrender our time by serving others for God's glory.
